We were very fortunate to aquire this amazing image of Vishnu. It is called Varadaraja and is a rare incarnation. It is a good sized piece and in perfect condition. Originally the rubies were not inset in the Chakra but we thought this made a very good addition. Orisssan images are distinguishable mostly by the treatment of the facial attributes and the signature rounded base. In the many years of collecting we have not come across a similar image.
