It is very doubtful that a quality piece like this will ever be seen again. It represent a cover for a Lingam of Shiva known as Mukhalinga. It is in near perfect condition with no damage and minimal wear. It was under veneration at some point. Please take time to study the photos to fully appreciate the beauty of this piece.
